We are happy to present our guest soloists:
Phil Haigler- soloist
Though working in various churches since his college days, Phil has served as Director of Music Ministry at Saint Therese Catholic Church since August, 2002. He has performed with many area musical groups in the Charlotte and Mooresville areas, such as the Charlotte Choral Society, Festival Singers, the New Vibrations, Sure Foundation, the Mooresville Community Chorus, Magnify, and BlesSing. During his spare moments, Phil enjoys spending time with his pets, gardening and working around the house. A native of Concord, North Carolina, Phil Haigler has been a resident of the Mooresville area since 1983. Phil and Linda, his wife of 41 years, are proud of son, Chris and his wife, Kristin, and daughter, Carrie and her husband, James. They are most especially proud of their five grandchildren, Lily, Brooklyn, Kelsey, Alex, and Miles.
Kaleb Reavis, Soloist
Kaleb is a more recent member of the LKNO, his principal instrument being the trumpet. An accomplished musician, teacher and vocalist, Kaleb is a graduate of Wingate University. In addition to playing the trumpet with LKNO, he currently resides in Mooresville, NC and is Band/Choir Director at Highland School of Technology, a magnet public high school located in Gastonia, NC.
Proceeds from this event will help provide the annual award of student scholarships, assist with the orchestra’s travel expenses, purchase of music scores and help to defer the costs venue fees. Any contribution will help the LKNO to continue its mission of outreach to the community in promoting music education and providing free and low cost, family-friendly performances for the Lake Norman region.
